1) He will use sex as a weapon but doesn't do it as often as you might think, because (oh, the vanity!) it's too easy. He'll use it as part of a long game or a careful investigation/destruction of an individual, though.
2) He's not naturally violent at all, when it comes to sex. (For example, I think he treated Kassandra quite carefully.) He just has a tendency to collect people who react interestingly to violence, and for him, sex has remarkably little to do with personal physical pleasure and a lot to do with eliciting reactions. 1) Before Julian met Dom, he'd had serious makeouts with a couple of girls but was still a virgin.
