1) Arthur is inconsistent when it comes to what he enjoys; it tends to depend a lot on the individual partner. There are some girls he's loved going down on and others he preferred to fuck against a wall with their skirts hiked up, and then there was that visiting nobleman's son he just wanted to explore a bit, with his hands, maybe see what his skin felt like and if it was the same colour all over.
2) People who are unintimidated enough to tease him might annoy him a lot, but they also turn him on. He thought this was inconvenient enough where Morgana was concerned; with Merlin, it's a whole new ballgame.
