weekend update

It's been a good one! Right now I am drinking tea and watching MasterChef episodes, and I keep glancing sideways to the bed where lieth my new red leather jacket. It cost an absurd amount of money and I adore it and I am going to be a bitching Emma Swan at Sydney Supanova.

I also made a blueberry swirl baked cheesecake; it was one of those agonising recipes which include the step and now refrigerate for 6-12 hours so it's been sitting around looking delicious for all of last night and all of today, because one of the downsides to living with your parents is that silly food rules like 'cheesecake is not appropriate for lunch' are enforced.

My excitement about visiting Boston and New York in August is reaching astronomical heights. Closer to the time I will try to organise things with specific people (I have lost track of how many fannish people I know in Boston but I think the answer is: A LOT). However, if you have any strong opinions about things that I should see/do in these cities, speak now!

Also on the agenda tonight: try to translate some of my ever-growing opinions about Loki and Clint and Natasha into fic outline form.
