5 Sep 2008 02:00 pmThings that are good:
- revue!
- revue members, who are unfailingly awesome and my new favourite bunch of people <3
- the amount of free time RPAers have during this block
- chocolate from the college vending machine
Things that are less good:
- being so tired you manage to sleep through twenty solid minutes of alarm-beeping*
- being so tired your ability to write shrivels up and dies, just as you gain the precious sliver of free time you need to write the thing that is due on MONDAY
- my complete inability to Work Out Relationships, even when there IS someone I kind of like :(
- blood is actually very complicated (who knew!) and this block is going to take some serious study to get my head around
*Actually, I blame this on the fact that I am learning to sleep through the crazy racket that occurs outside my window at all hours of the night, but especially the trucks that reverse into the service entrance at 5:30am and make beeping sounds JUST LIKE my alarm.
~
I'm having an introvert-recharging day to recover from the intensely social nature of Med Revue, and Work My Shit Out. I have a tendency to freeze when under too much pressure and just let stupid little things build up, so I'm trying to actually knock a few things over today, despite the fact that my motivation levels are at the 'read webcomics, watch Sports Night and overhaul icon collection' point.
