You seriously don't realise how lucky you are. Remember how fabulous it was to come home to HOT WATER and PROPER FOOD and CLEAN CLOTHES after year 9 camp? Okay well I'm going through that right now. Not to quite the same extent due to the fact that I DID actually have showers while I was at Venture, but it was so dusty that you got dirty again straight away anyway and to get hot water you had to get up at 6am.
But I have showered, unloaded my bag of grotty clothes into the washing machine, organised sleeping over at Maddy's and doing Road Ready soon, gorged on chocolate milk and champagne truffles left over from Xmas and am now on the Net. I feel much more civilised.
I also came back from the Venture with a really cool little laminated movie poster for Treasure Planet, the shot where the main dude (Jim? haven't seen it) looks like Squall a bit and it's all computer-generated and prettyful.
Not much more to say... will be gone after tomorrow for TWO WEEKS down the coast. SMS me a lot!!
