work excitement
20 Dec 2012 06:22 pmThis post is purely to say that I got my first preference terms for next year, which I am SUPER HAPPY ABOUT. My 2013 looks like this:
- MAPU, an acute general medical and diagnostics unit. I was hoping for a general hospital term first off because I have some friends starting as interns and I want to be around to support them, and this one should be busy but interesting.
- Rural general practice (going to live in a small town for 13 weeks!)
- Obstetrics & gynaecology (excellent experience if I decide to go into GP)
- Emergency
\o/ \o/ what a great year
NOW all I have to do is decide what the hell specialty I want to end up in, so I can apply this year.
