There is not enough disgust in the WORLD. I think I kept clicking in the hope that a page would pop up saying HA, JUST KIDDING, HUMANITY IS NOT ACTUALLY THIS BAD.

Thanks to an inconvenient pulled muscle in my neck I had a grand total of TWO HOURS sleep last night, and had to be at hospital at 7:30 this morning; by the last few cases this afternoon my registrar was trying to teach me about pressure-controlled ventilation and I was seconds away from just narcolepting all over a sterile tray of surgical tools.

My brain is complete fuzz. I have resorted to watching streamed episodes of MasterChef, which is making me hungry for all sorts of delicious things.
