6 Nov 2008 02:46 pmThe doctor at Uni Health says I'm not dying, a lot of people have had this, but it's viral and it lingers :( Ah well. I have a prescription and instructions to stay off coffee and alcohol until I'm better.
And my clinical exam went okay! Not wonderfully, but okay.
And when I was filling my script at the chemist I found my favourite shade of lipstick, the one I lost years ago and then could never find again because I thought it was a Body Shop shade that had been discontinued, but which turns out to be an Australis shade that STILL EXISTS and the chemist was having a 15% sale on Australis cosmetics and so now I will be able to go out to a post-election party in the city with my Crushed Velvet lips.
And I can't concentrate because the little map at Politico.com is self-refreshing enticingly.
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO STUDY UNDER THESE CONDITIONS. THIS IS YOUR FAULT, INDIANA & NORTH CAROLINA.
