I am sitting here picking black fluff off my legs because the girl who did them (and it was the same damn one, I need to remember NOT to book Thursday at 11am next time) left all these teensy patches of wax and so now I look like someone's been drawing on me with stencils and a grey pen.

What else was I going to complain about? Oh yes. Administration is a bitch and a half. I love how the ANU attracts the top science students in the country with its elite undergraduate research degree and then MAKES THEM RUN AROUND GETTING FIVE MILLION SIGNATURES BEFORE THEY'RE ALLOWED TO ENROL, PAY THEIR FEES, DO A PROJECT, HAVE A BOWEL MOVEMENT, BLAH BLAH BLAH.

Questions for Americans

...and anyone with two cents to throw into the pot re: the iTunes question.

1) What is this Tivo thing, anyway?

2) Do I want to buy one of those little card thingums and sell my soul to the iTunes store? Like, will I get hopelessly addicted to being able to download anything I want and end up spending all of my trip-to-America fund on obscure 80s pop and episodes of weird scifi shows?
