I feel like I should make a gratuitous fangirly post for Something Corporate, because Ji sent me practically every song they've ever made and I would so put out for that music if it took me to the prom and bought me a nice corsage. Even if it didn't!

Somehow - somehow - I need to combine SoCo's music with Alex Band's ability to have the hottest hair/neck/shirts/etc. on the planet and molest his microphone at the same time. Thus would perfection be created. Ji, back me up here.

So for no reason whatsoever my housemates decided to start watching Notting Hill at about midnight. Hugh Grant's floppy hair really defies belief, but there are bookshops and schmoop and Dylan Moran and cheerfully eccentric Brits, so I'm happy.

In lieu of actual work: icons!

Having spent ridiculous amounts of time happily trawling through GettyImages, I present you with icons along the general theme of 'fashion', although occasionally I was distracted and ended up throwing in pretty fabrics or just generally random images.

My icon-making method is: crop. Add border. Can't resize without the pictures dying and even saving as a manageable file kills the quality a little *stabs PSP*. So there's nothing hugely complex or exquisitely layered and brushed and texted up, but I never claimed to be artistic :)
