I HAVE TAKUTO'S HAT!!!
27 Apr 2003 10:55 amHeh! *waves cheekily at Nekozumi* Now you have to wait for me to go on that channel again. That's what you get for half-drowning me. And nearly spilling your Mai Tai everywhere.
Anyway, as I was so rudely kicked off my computer last night that entry was rather pathetically short and random. So I'll shove everything that was supposed to be in THAT entry into THIS one.
Spent yesterday being sociable, to the disgust of my mother. Came home early as requested so that we could go out for tea, missing the movie (I didn't mind that much, saved myself $10) So we went out to Belluci's. There was slight confusion when we arrived because somehow they thought our party should be bigger than four people. And then after a while we were politely asked to move tables because the OTHER booking in the name of Johnson (my mum's surname) had arrived, the one with eight people in it. Thus the mixup. So we moved tables, only to discover Teegs' parents and sister patiently waiting for their table. Suddenly remembered that Teegs had said something about going to dinner after the movie. After a bit more time, Teegs turned up. Waved to her at apparently the same time as her parents did (we were on opposite sides of the restaurant), making her rather confused. Went over and explained. Turns out her mother's name is Johnson too, how weird is that?
Well, that's the exciting tale of yesterday. Ate a bit too much pasta and tiramisu, but who cares. Came home, watched Men In Tights and ventured onto Anime Ichigo, whereupon I bought cocktails for everyone, nearly got drowned, dived on top of Mel, laughed as her swimsuit became unravelled, and then escaped with Takuto's hat. *smug grin*
Gang Show today. Looking forward to some actual dancey-type exercise for a change, though not looking forward to dealing with personal problems of small girl in my patrol who isn't making friends and whose father rang up and harrassed me about it. I don't think he realises I'm only 16. Why did I accept a position of responsibility?? I think I'll go ask the Personnel Director for advice. This is scary.
Ho de hum. Getting quite a few reviews for my stories :-) I might post a new one soon.
Which reminds me - should do some work on TNIAY. Watch this space...
