CERES RANT
31 Dec 2002 10:22 amI know I said I wouldn’t rant any more about Ceres until I had finished the series but I must! I must! Don’t read it if you don’t want to, I just need to set it down somewhere. I’ve seen up to episode 16, which is the death of Miyori (hereafter known as the EVIL BLUE-HAIRED HAG, or EBHH).
Anyway I felt sorry for the EBHH at first, because if Tooya came back to ME after a year and suddenly this other random chick was trying to steal him I would tell her to stay away too! And then she turned into Ceres (still not sure how that happened, I was totally confused by the conversation between the Mikage about that) and she became EVIL. And then when I found out about her mother I suppose I should have been pitying her again but by that time she was irrevocably set down as the EBHH, so I still hated her.
But episode 15 is so SAD! Tooya forgetting Aya and she pretending that there is nothing wrong so as not to hurt him, and going to Yuuhi… I like Aya far far far better than Miaka, she has REAL problems rather than imaginary ones. I didn’t cry because I’m not the crying type, but if I had been in a depressed mood to start with I might have come close. What am I saying, I AM in a depressed mood now due to the sadness of that episode!
But the memories were false and Tooya never loved Miyori anyway! HAHAHAHA take THAT, EBHH!
And Yuuhi was being all sweet and not doing anything because he truly loved her and wanted to wait until she forgot Tooya… I am now firmly convinced that Yuuhi is Hotohori reborn with not quite so much hotness but superior cooking skills.
I have decided that Aki is like Tamahome, and goes even hotter when he is evil, and that Aya looks much nicer with short hair.
