good sign? bad sign?
Whenever I'm writing I need a text that approaches the manner in which I'm writing, to flick through and read when I feel the flow of words diminishing, and I've just realised that what I need for this particular WIP is Mrs Dalloway, or in a pinch, The Hours.
Both of which are in Canberra.
Well, at least I've nailed down the playlist.
Very disappointed at the lack of LJ folk around to entertain me while I wrestle with the urge to punch my narrator in the head. It's Friday night so all sensible Aussies are probably out doing things that AREN'T writing fanfiction and consuming a $7 bottle of wine, and all inhabitants of other areas are -- well. Asleep (US) or productively occupied (UK), I'm guessing.

Although, usually, for me it's poets that I turn to, since I read so little fiction nowadays.

Anyway, if you want to complain about Arthur at any point, feel free, after all the times you've let me soundboard off you over the years. *g*
