1) In the final stages of my leisurely West Wing rewatch. My crush on Jimmy Smits grows stronger with every episode.

2) I've readopted the habit of watching NCIS while I'm on the exercise bike every morning, and it's working out nicely in that I've lost all the weight I put on during exams, but I'm currently in the middle of S4 and I have no other seasons! And I'm pretty sure both of my siblings have already bought my Xmas presents so I can't ask for it as a gift! WHAT WILL I DO? No other show that I own on DVD has the right balance of engaging characters and procedural plots that require no concentration.

3) Responding to the effusive enthusiasm coming from all corners of the flist, yesterday I watched the pilot of White Collar. I. Well. Yes. Hello, fandom which is embracing whole-heartedly the prospect of an OT3 and also the laughably obvious possession/bondage kink that exists in the dynamic between the two leads. I -- I am going to need some icons. Yes indeed.

NOW. WHERE IS THE PETER/NEAL/ELIZABETH FIC, FLIST? HAND IT OVER.

china_shop has been writing and reccing White Collar OT3 fic like a fiend. I haven't had a chance to check much of it out yet, but she's a fantastic writer and she has great taste!

HEE. ♥ I really enjoy the show, it just doesn't push my "omg must write" buttons for some reason. What (SO frustratingly) little time I have for writing right now is pretty monodirectional, unfortunately. But you are sweet to be interested! :)

I haven't made it past season 4 of West Wing, but pretty much crushes and bromances abound with that show. CJ doing "The Jackal", the Josh/Donna dynamic, Toby's rants, and of course Sam's shenanigans...

It's true that the later seasons aren't quite as good as the earlier ones, but I enjoy them anyway, and one of my favourite episodes from the whole series ('A Good Day') is in S6.
