What made you decide to do medicine?

It was a gradual process, but some things that contributed were:
- Oliver Sacks's books (neurology! <3<3)
- doing some very interesting undergrad bio and psych courses
- my parents being supportive and realistic about it

I guess I just reached a point where I realised that all the things I could see myself doing in the future required a medical degree :)

No, not at all! It's a fairly recent thing. I started caring what I wore when I was 13-14, but only really started looking around and paying attention and putting together outfits...last year sometime, probably.
