I'm not sure how I describe you. I think it mostly involves FLAIL. And stuff about you being way too good at everything, especially the whole writing gig.

The but is invariably 'but don't try to hug her' or, sometimes, 'but doesn't give you any kind of emotional or social cues, it's disconcerting'.

Usually, if the conversation continues, this is followed by the positive caveat that this is really good when one needs people around who can be guaranteed not to invade one's emotional space.
