Looking to lose weight? I recommend the Be Sick For Three Weeks And Have Most Of Your Preferred Foods Banned By Your Doctor diet. Ugggghhhhh. It's nice that my waist has gone teensy again, but all things considered I'd rather be well enough to study and allowed coffee & chocolate again.

I am on the similar diet of "part with all the contents of one's stomach and live on sports drinks!" which I'm sure if it keeps up will cause rather dramatic weight loss but which strangely I don't find so enjoyable.
