PhB will actually be PhB(Hons) - Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours) in Science - it's an elitist undergraduate science program that the ANU runs. BSc is a plain old Bachelor of Science. MBBS is Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery, which is what Aussies do in place of an MD.
