Okay. Dimitri is alive but paralysed. The infectious tumour of an X episode will only kill things if you touch/click on/try to open/breathe on/glance at it, so as long as I ignore it everything works well, including the Intenet (yesyesyesyesyes). It is still taking up an alarming amount of space - I have 360 or something MB of hard disk space left, and we still can't delete it. We tried. A lot. Poor Dimitri got very sick and slow indeed during that horrific time, but this morning he appears to be fine.
And Dad refuses to call a doctor for him, to operate and REMOVE this tumour, because the guy costs over $100 an hour. Stupid computer company.
Why did this happen?? All I wanted was more Subaru... that's not a crime, surely?

GAAAAAA HOW CAN YOU SUGGEST SUCH A THING? WHERE IS THE LOGIC IN DELETING EVERYTHING EXCEPT FOR THAT WHICH I MOST WANT TO BE DELETED? I am NOT wiping my hard drive, crappy though it is!!! It has vital things such as QUINDLEMIRE and my AMVS on it.
I have done nothing to Dimitri. It is not my fault. It is not his fault. It is the episode's fault. I will now have a deep inbuilt aversion to episode 2, even when it begins to work properly. Pity.
