Okay. Dimitri is alive but paralysed. The infectious tumour of an X episode will only kill things if you touch/click on/try to open/breathe on/glance at it, so as long as I ignore it everything works well, including the Intenet (yesyesyesyesyes). It is still taking up an alarming amount of space - I have 360 or something MB of hard disk space left, and we still can't delete it. We tried. A lot. Poor Dimitri got very sick and slow indeed during that horrific time, but this morning he appears to be fine.
And Dad refuses to call a doctor for him, to operate and REMOVE this tumour, because the guy costs over $100 an hour. Stupid computer company.
Why did this happen?? All I wanted was more Subaru... that's not a crime, surely?

do you think that maybe dimitri is upset about something? could you have insulted him? because that would be very sad. why don't you give him flowers and chocolates and take him out to dinner. if that doesn't work, hit him with a broom and tell him to stop sulking, then delete everyhting single other thing on the computer except for X. even the files necessary for Dimitri to strat up.

GAAAAAA HOW CAN YOU SUGGEST SUCH A THING? WHERE IS THE LOGIC IN DELETING EVERYTHING EXCEPT FOR THAT WHICH I MOST WANT TO BE DELETED? I am NOT wiping my hard drive, crappy though it is!!! It has vital things such as QUINDLEMIRE and my AMVS on it.
I have done nothing to Dimitri. It is not my fault. It is not his fault. It is the episode's fault. I will now have a deep inbuilt aversion to episode 2, even when it begins to work properly. Pity.
