Comment with the name/title of a fandom I'm aware of, no matter how obvious you think the answers will be, and I'll reply with the relationships -- canon or not -- from it I ship. I'll give favorite romantic relationships as well as favorite platonic ones. Also, you're free to reply in subthreads and ask me why I ship or don't ship something.
As I think one of the px said : babbling about imaginary people and their relationships is one of my favourite things to do. And I have a lot of fandoms, even if I don't write for many.

Merchant of Venice: Portia/Bassanio, Antonio/Bassanio
Midsummer Night's Dream: Oberon/Titania, Oberon/Puck in a kind of weird way
Much Ado About Nothing: BENEDICK/BEATRICE OTP but I also have a real thing for Don Pedro/Beatrice. Claudio/Hero.
The Tempest: I am actually very fond of the dynamic between Prospero and Ariel, not so much in a 'shippy sense, but...it's fascinating
Twelfth Night: Orsino/Viola for genderfuckery and true love (I think they were my first Shakespeare OTP!), Olivia/Cesario for hilarity.
Henry V: Okay, so Henry and the French princess are kind of adorable
Anthony and Cleopatra: Anthony/Cleopatra, Octavius/Octavia <---NOT MY FAULT. BELL SHAKESPEARE MADE THEM INCESTUOUS AND IT WORKS. SO. WELL.
Hamlet: Hamlet/Horatio, Hamlet/Ophelia, and I like the Laertes-Ophelia vibe in that it's very Simon-River but I don't quite see the 'ship.
Julius Caesar: Brutus/Cassius, man. Also Brutus/Mark Anthony. Also Brutus/Portia. Brutus is remarkably shippable. He's an emotional limpet.
Othello: (DON'T JUDGE) Othello/Iago, Othello/Desdemona, Othello/Cassio. Othello is also remarkably shippable.
Romeo and Juliet: I like unrequited Mercutio/Romeo, and Tybalt/pretty much anyone.

* OH HAMLET. Hamlet/Horatio is destined to be one-sided, really, in that there's trust and affection and friendship on both sides but where Horatio has hopeless devotion and loyalty, Hamlet has something of a sociopathic gap in his psyche. The gap is even more obvious in Hamlet/Ophelia: if they were sane or even playing at sane they'd be able to make it work, and work well, but all they can do is sort of shove their edges awkwardly at each other. So, so doomed.
* HAHAHAHA, oh, Kelsey, you have fallen from the light. I don't know. I don't see anything exciting in Benvolio to be teased out - you can GIVE him personality for fic purposes, but it's transferance, not building on canon in any way.

Okay, so I do really like Logan/Veronica. If all Major Issues ssues are allowed for and there is a lot of hot snogging in bathrooms and violence and snark and teasing about height and not a lot of gratuitous angst and/or fluffybunnifying of Logan.
I cannot find Duncan interesting. It is beyond me. However, I adore all of the snapshots we get of the time when it was Duncan/Veronica and Logan/Lilly, the OT4 of awesome, even though I can't find a shred of chemistry between Logan and Lilly. That's the thing with Lilly. She's overflowing with chemistry, but...not for anyone, just chemistry in general. I would have liked to see her in a scene with Weevil, because that could have changed my mind.
Veronica and Keith are the best family unit ever.
Every time Logan and Weevil talk I start grinning like a fool. They are snarktastic.
My FAVOURITE friendship vibe is early-season Logan-and-Duncan. With the sitting on laps and Not Talking About Emotions and Logan not playing fair and Duncan refusing to rise to it and their shared history which just kind of...hovers.
Uuuum, my other OTP is an S2 one so I won't say anything there.
Unpopular Fandom Opinion: Mostly I like Veronica and Wallace's bff vibe, but he kind of annoys me sometimes. He's so...nice...HOW IS HE A REAL PERSON?
Oh, and Paris Hilton's face/Logan's baseball bat. OTP. (A girl can dream.)

- Susan/Lobsang forever and ever. I actually thought Susan/Imp was really cute and am disgruntled that it just kind of got chucked by the wayside in the manner of a James Bond relationship. Okay, so maybe they were too juvenile for it to have worked long-term, but WE COULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT.
- Chidder/Teppic and also Ptraci/Teppic and also Chidder/Ptraci and really, they could have worked something out *squashes them all together fondly*
- Angua/Carrot!
- I carry a small and shameful torch for Vimes/Vetinari, not necessarily with the /. Their relationship is the best.
- I find the idea of William/Otto hilarious and endearing but there wasn't anything really wrong with Sacharissa, so I don't 'ship them seriously.
