Icon post!
In lieu of actual work: icons!
Having spent ridiculous amounts of time happily trawling through GettyImages, I present you with icons along the general theme of 'fashion', although occasionally I was distracted and ended up throwing in pretty fabrics or just generally random images.
My icon-making method is: crop. Add border. Can't resize without the pictures dying and even saving as a manageable file kills the quality a little *stabs PSP*. So there's nothing hugely complex or exquisitely layered and brushed and texted up, but I never claimed to be artistic :)
Reserved for Ji, at least for now:

And for Holly, because for some reason it screams Raguel to me:

So pretty.

OH YES. IT DOES. And I'm not entirely sure why either, but my first response was to say it's because angelic bright white doesn't quite fit him. And I think it's endearing the way that the act of blending in like that is some of what makes him stand out, even though all the ethereals blend in with people to some degree. And also, it is sexeh. :D Thanks!
Also took 25 & 30 & 31, because they are oddly intricate. :]

too much. grendel. die, gardner, die. (too late)

Which isn't so far, if we're extending your metaphor, but never mind.
I think you should put him and Neitzsche in a little bowl and make them FIGHT TO THE DEATH. Like those fish.
...you remember that little conversation we had about code and the speaking-in thereof? So true, say true. (Plz forgive, brain is on alliteration autopilot. YOU SEE?)

I would love Gardner and Nietzsche to fight to the death. But Gardner killed himself (ish) with a motorcycle accident and Nietzsche was afraid of his chair. So I don't know. It's just not that exciting when drunken madmen stagger vaguely towards each other but don't really do damage somehow.
ALSO, YOU'RE THINKING OF THOSE FISH LIKE IN THAT C/A FIC, RIGHT? RIGHT?

Speaking of Depp, would it be fun to app Viane to the bar and distribute aphrodisiac chocolate? Yes, it kinda would. But more fun would be importing my Pandora from Shot In The Dark. NO. NO NO NO. We're not going down that path right now.
YES INDEED.

La la la. You know what you should do? You should watch Saving Face and convince me that I can't app either lesbian, because I don't know enough about medicine or dance. Then you could do it instead!

I don't think it's out here yet, anyway.
