Hmm, major upside to working afternoon shifts at a bakery - all the leftover cakes and bread I can cart away. Anyone wants anything, just tell me! So today I got overenthusiastic and merrily brought a huge bag of pastries home for the family, who said... that's nice, Freya, you really think we can eat all that?
But the people there are really nice, even if I get paid a shockingly low amount for a 17-year-old and can only work a max of 7 hours per week :( (I'm never going to make over $55 a week, basically) And I'm learning to use the scary coffee machine and things, so I can stick skills on my CV.
Cathy? Can you ask your parents about tutoring, please, and tell me what they say? I'd like to know fairly soon ^_^

Dear Santa,
I have been a good girl.
It really wasn't my fault what happened at Tink's Christmas party. It was Anna who spiked the punch with too much tequila. I can't help it if I drank 21 glasses. It was so good---smelled and tasted just like frangipani.
I thought it was funny when I put Eujar's tiny lacy apron on my head and danced the macarena on the bar stool while singing `Boys'. I didn't mean to break Tink's cattle prod and don't know why Tink would sue me for indecent exposure.
I don't remember calling Duncan's wife a defunct llama---even though she looked like one with purple eye shadow and green lipstick!
And when I threw up on Ali's husband's fingernail, it was only because I ate too much of that lasagne.
After all that fun, I admit I was a little tired. So I fell asleep on my way home and drove my caravan through my neighbor's drainpipe. I don't think that was any reason for my neighbor to call me a ghastly leopard and have me arrested for sexual harassment!
So, Santa...here I sit in my jail cell on Christmas Eve, all kinky and delicious. And I'm really not to blame for any of this irritating stuff. Please bring me what I want the most---bail money!

[Edit - oh yeah, finally got around to watching the first three eps of Weiss Kreuz today.
I wasn't quite sure what to expect, because I've been given very conflicting opinions and read far too much fanfiction than can be good for me. So I decided to make up my own mind, and I actually quite liked it. Probably because it's everything I enjoy in normal movies - lots of action and intrigue and men running around with sexy weapons and wearing long coats. Youji's especially. As for the characters, the fics took their toll. Didn't imagine Ken as anything like that hot, which was a nice surprise. Youji's design I didn't like as much, mostly the droopy glasses and the way his hair was very unflattering in some shots. Omi was pretty much as expected, though I am sort of mentally bumping him up a couple of attractiveness levels to separate him from Shuichi, and hoping that Nagi shows up soon so I can happily slash them to hell and back. Love Aya and his sword <3 Very nice character design, even if he is sort of predictable and sister-obsessed. At least he's got a vaguely interesting personality, unlike Shuichi!Omi, MindlessFlirt!Youji and (as yet) Boring!Ken.
I'd kind of like to enter the series and SHOOT all the bloody flower shop fangirls. Too much squeeing and glomping in my violent assassin anime, dammit. I could fangirl so much better than them, too.
Okay, I'm done. Liz, I need your DVDs. Three episodes is all very well but Schwartz hasn't even entered the scene. I think I'll go read fanfics to rebuild my mental picture of AngstySexKitten!Omi, whom I am actually quite fond of.
