So... guess who got Best Dancer award for her class, which is the most advanced street funk class in the studio? *bounces* It's shiny and gold and has mah name engraved on it... it's been so long since I got a trophy for anything.
Dance concerts were awesome. Wore lots of makeup, had hair fall in face every time I jumped, flirted my ass off for the audience, was shoved on to give flowers to dressmakers, talked to Sarah for ages, helped dress small children and got no study done whatsoever. Whee. And next year, I have just realised, I get my 10 year service award O.O My soul has belonged to this studio for almost a decade. It's a scary thought.
Also saw a teaser trailer for Troy. Orli looks hotter than anything I have ever seen EVER, but it appears that once again his sole purpose is to show off his good looks and fighting skills and kiss girls. I wish someone would give him a character with personality for once. Achilles is the one who gets all the personality. And Brad Pitt looks bronzed and quite acceptably pretty. *coughs*
Tomorrow I will actually STUDY.
PS - My new favourite song is Ordinary World by Duran Duran. Download it. It's good. The DJ Mystik version is even better. The DDR version of THAT version is also quite good.
