cradle-snatching characters and ROTK PICTURE!!!
Slightly random time to be updating but my brother found this and I HAD to post the addy.

Legolas on horse! YESSSSS! (Legolas on horse leads to suggestion that at some stage there is Legolas getting ONTO horse...*drools*) And the one on the right COULD be Aragorn but we're not sure as the quality is dodgy. Might be some other important person from Minas Tirith, since he's wearing the White Tree symbol. Anyone with ideas as to his identity or confirmation that it is a rather spastic-looking Aragorn plz comment.
Well since I'm online I may as well do the rest of my update since we're going out tonight. The next part is mostly raving about my story, so don't read it if you don't want to. Might be entertaining though, esp. if you know what I'm talking about. And if you don't, go to fanfiction.net and search for "Quindlemire".
STORY RAVING STARTS HERE
Word count: 37,500ish words!!! And the political part is nearing an end, finally, so I can go on to writing about Granny and the wonderfully bratty Child-Emperor.
Some of my characters, however, are becoming alarmingly independent. I was in the middle of a scene when I realised that Sonne, a 23-year-old minor character, and Jozelin, a 13-year-old major character, might be about to fall in love! BAAAAAD!!! WRONG!!! Mostly because Jozelin is engaged to someone else, and also because Sonne is a wonderful person and not supposed to be developing cradle-snatching tendencies. I'm going to give him a slightly larger role than I first intended to and hope that he calms down into a platonic advisor-friend role.
Also Braia, who is meant to be calm and sensible, has taken to having sulking fits and throwing hissy tantrums. Not good. She's going to have to undergo some major character reform over the next few chapters or her proposed love interest will run away screaming and spoil my subplots.
But Lae is Lae and always will be, thank goodness ^_^ Will write more about him soon, too. And Rikka... *shivers in anticipation* Hehehehe their next scene is going to be FIREWORKS ALL THE WAY!! Also major bitchfight between Rikka and Braia coming up.

If you're still with me and not asleep or confused, sorry about the lack of anything interesting in my entries. No wonder no-one is commenting, I'm probably boring you all to death. But NOTHING happens down here.
Well going to go finish reading the Return of the King and then write some more of my story and eat hot cross buns (can't believe they're in the shops already).
Hope everyone is safe (rather worried about news saying fire front heading towards Belco... Liz and Eugenie you must STAY ALIVE!!)
Feeling formal and medieval (CAN you feel medieval?? Well, I am...) so going to end this formally.
