I'm in a bit of a quandry. Have been struck with a brilliant idea for a Seifer/Squall fanfic but as I know next to nothing about the damn plot of FFVIII stand little to no chance of writing it successfully. Bugger. Wait. They train at a mercenary school together, right? I could probably blather my way through on that assumption. It's basically an excuse for them to remove shirts and slam each other against walls and other pleasant things, so really it needs no canonical viability whatsoever.
EUGENIE? I believe I asked you something last post and you haven't replied yet. Track-cutting program? My sister also needs to know how to write "My mistress is called Horatia" in Latin for her Ancient Rome unit. She's making a slave tag, and I've already convinced her to put "My name is Dorothy. You know, Toto, I have a feeling we're not in Kansas any more" on it. Yes, I can say that in Latin. Don't ask. (I can also say "Sometimes I get this urge to conquer large parts of Europe" and "May barbarians invade your personal space!" and "I hate Astroturf")
Quick bit of market research here. This is directed to all my LJ Friends that I don't actually go to school with *prods them*
Do you think the name "Makai" (in mythology, the realm of demons) is suitable/catchy for an anime-based store? What about "Arashi" (storm) "Gakkoi" (cool) or "Kekkai" (shield) ?
For those of you who live in Canberra, would you appreciate a store in Woden that sells manga/anime/associated merchandise? Would you go there frequently? Can you list the things that you would most like it to sell, or aspects that would encourage you to shop there?
And the exciting thing is, this is not entirely a hypothetical question. I'll keep you posted.
No school tomorrow. No athletics carnival for ME. I shun exercise. Lots of time to work on my assignments/pracs/orals.
