Oh man, today was a HECTIC MESS, my team spent a good 80% of it actively trying to stop people from dying. Two of our patients had to be transferred to the ICU in the end.
I was helpful, though! I took some bloods, I put in two urinary catheters (as I told Ji: I have handled quite a lot of penises for a queer virgin). I even stuck around for part of my intern's overtime shift, meaning that I arrived at the hospital at 8am and left at 9pm; YAY. I stumbled into Max Brenner before climbing onto the bus and treated myself to a mint hot chocolate.
...and now it's 11:30 and I have to be up at 6 as usual so SLEEP TIME.
