TWO DOWN, THREE TO GO.

I feel quite good about the two papers that I did today (4th year med, and paediatrics) so I am going to drink some wine and paint my fingernails and rewatch some Parks & Rec episodes in the hope that my S2 DVDs will magically transform into S3 DVDs.

And then I will stuff aaaaall of critical care into my brain. ALL OF IT.

(Honestly, this is the most blasé I've EVER been during Barrier exams. Compared to the agonising stress cramps and nausea I was getting before my long case a couple of months ago, I am free & breezy.)

ETA: Oh yeah, loneraven wrote a fucking awesome X-MEN KOSHER BAKERY AU which manages to neatly sail right over the top of my usual objections to X-Men AUs (in that they're still mutants, and there's still an element of political disagreement, and their backstories are sensibly rendered) and also includes Charles writing stern letters about wheelchair accessibility. And it's got Moira and Emma and Raven and Angel in it (FUCKYEAHLADIES) and... Raven has a knack for fun, dialogue-driven stories that are easy to read, but the hearts of which stay with you, sinking in gently, for a long time. Go read!

Oh, I assume so, I had it sent to my home in Canberra because I'm only here for three more days! I'll get home on Thursday; if it's not there I'll let you know!
