bittersweetery
Today has been a day of ups and downs. Downs first to get them out of the way:
* I LOST ONE OF MY SPIRAL EARRINGS. So very very sad about this, I loved them. Seriously going to go and buy another pair. The earring could be anywhere between Lake Tugg hall and the Hyperdome - we had a scavenger hunt at venturers.
* Ate far too much. Lots of good junk food with friends, then dinner. Then Happy Meal and hige amounts of chocolate at Venturers.
* In a writing rut. Feeling talentless.
Ups now. Lots more, hopefully:
* Shopping. Ali's PUNXORITY MESH GLOVES. Strutting past LAN room. Smiling at cute guy in Games Workshop. Pretty tshirt for![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
terr0rflare's birthday. And... JACKET FOR ME! Yes, I am now $50 poorer and the owner of a gorgeous black satin bomber-type jacket. I look like a bikie chick @_@
* Evangelion. Misato being cool. Asuka in general. Mr Man, whose name I cannot remember. Ritsuko, my NGE personality. Alarming parallels between her and Integra - we've decided that as soon as *I* get transported to the world of anime, I'll immediately reveal myself as a genius and take over, become the head of a corporation and gather minions to boss around. Mwah. No pissy magical-girl storyline for ME.
* Very probably getting a new computer for an early birthday present. 32+ video card. 40GB hard drive. WAY more RAM than Dimitri has and a faster running speed. DVD drive but probably not CD writer because I have an external writer. Probably two USB ports (THANK GAWD) Name: Marius. Expect him to speak in French a lot.

* Getting pumped about trip overseas! Going to be cool.izumihydra, I will be piling money on you in the offchance that you see the YnM sketch/art book. But will also take money from anyone wanting Buffy/Matrix/Anime merchandise from Forbidden Planet in London. Will also, inspired by Ali's dad, be taking HEAPS of photos.

Another low, because I just thought of it.
Last night I dreamed that I was in love. Requited love.
Waking up was just about one of the worst moments of my life.
