TODAY'S UNWISE DECISION:
...straying just a little too near the NARS section of Mecca Cosmetica and going wild with the testers.
Now, a truly unwise decision would have been buying the Eurydice eyeshadow duo ($78) and the Vesuvio matte lipstick ($54), which was what every cell in my body was screaming at me to do.
But the very fact that I let myself play around with them means that I am left with a very colourful left inner wrist and a gaping dissatisfaction in my soul.
Ugh. I am so disgustingly material.
But you have no idea how gorgeous the 'electric aubergine' half of that eyeshadow duo is, I swear, it is sparkly powdered sex.

Mecca Cosmetica is truly the devil's playground. WE WILL GO THERE WHEN I GET BACK.

I have SUCH a nice green eyeshadow from The Makeup Store, though, it's called 'fairytale' and it's just sublime.

In my Pleasures of Paris palette, though, I have the light lavender side of the Violetta duo and the deep matte purple/indigo side of Demon Lover, and they're great for creating just a hint of depth and look great together on me. Go figure.
