Now my fingers are itching.

Back in Sydney & have been on a mammoth shopping trip for groceries. Conference period food = instead of my usual condition of having to drag myself into buying a measly box of muesli bars, I have come home with a bag of clementines, dip and crackers, two bags of dried-apricot-and-coconut bites, some tiny bags of BBQ chips, rose and vanilla tea, some cartons of lychee juice, plunger-ground coffee, a Cadbury Creme Egg, and, um, a bag of 50 mini candy canes which had been reduced to $1.50. I didn't get a single candy cane over the Xmas period! THESE ONES SHOULD LAST ME A WHILE.
