public apology...
I, Freya/Fahye/Frar, would like to wholeheartedly apologise to everyone that came into contact with me today. As you probably noticed, I was feeling like utter shit all day and so snapped at anyone who came near me. This was caused because:
1) I am still a bit sick and so having trouble concentrating
2) PHYSICS OLYMPIAD is the bane of my existence
3) Have discovered that the only joy I take in school at ALL is times outside of classes. No-one is in my classes, 'cept![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
schmendrannie and she wasn't IN english today. Maths eats my brain and yet I have to do it because I'm goddamn GOOD at it.
4) I have too much stuff after school, including a job which I am now dreading because of my boss.
5) I want to make an archive for my fics and have discovered total lack of HTML skillz, all of which I HAD last year.
6) Paid accounts are $40. Not $25. Bleh. Still want one. Goodbye money.
I am NOT having a good life at the moment. Hopefully dance tonight will release some endorphins (POSITIVE ones... *winks atizumihydra)
One a MUCH more positive note, have a veritable army of new LJ friends *waves to them all* thanks to the bonding powers of fanfiction. Also, the highlight of today was going through a Latin phrasebook looking for names for my archive, pointing out the more hilarious phrases totammaiya. Rather like Veritas Flectere. It means "to bend reality". Or something along those vague lines. Took me an entire period of laughing madly at things like "the army is approaching along the left flank" and "I am so deep in despair that I can find no joy" in bloody LATIN, to find it.
Can just see Pliny and Cicero and everyone going around quoting the ancient-Rome version of "feel mah PAIN" and "watch me CRY mah CRYSTALLINE TEARS"
...okay. Mocking cliche-angsters has made me feel slightly better.
