I find cat macros to be irritating, twee and pointless. This is largely due to the fact that I do not find the intentionally slaughtered grammar and spelling to be cute - instead, it makes me want to thwap someone with a dictionary.

Nice to get that off my chest.

I am quickly printing notes before heading to my virology lecture. I am enjoying these HUGELY - virology is my favourite subject out of all medical subjects, and the lecturer looks exactly like Jeffrey Dean Morgan. No, really. Exactly. The fact that he doesn't speak in an amused American drawl makes for weird cognitive dissonance.

The intentionally bad grammar and spelling doesn't bother me--the ones that are sexual/bathroom humor do. And there's an unfortunate number of those. *makes faces*

(And on the 'unfortunate number' note, even with the ones I like, I'm a bit baffled at how EVERYONE AND THEIR GRANDMOTHER is making cat macros these days.)
