Silver City-ers - I have exhaustively revised and fleshed out the plot outline, Sophie has exhaustively annotated it, and I'll try to have it posted later today. Be warned, it contains requests for input and assignments. Buckle up.

drewcypher has uploaded the promo pics for BSG 3x17 and OH MY GOD. They are driving me insane with how good this episode has the potential to be.



BSG is cunning. So cunning. Some kind of wonderful switch appears to have been flipped which returns the pilots to the GLORY of their S1 relationship. BUDDYCOPS. CONVERSATIONS. IN EACH OTHER'S FACES ON THE FLIGHT DECK. HUUUUUUUUGS.







*incoherent with glee* Though of course they could just be doing this to mess with our heads because of spoiler spoiler spoiler. Oh well. I'm still going to enjoy it.

Also, this is clearly an episode about Kara's Speshul Destiny etc. and I am SO GLAD that it's Leoben who takes her through it.



(I am actually IMMENSELY pissed off about the fact that they changed the painting. Now it's all obvious and primary-colours and concentric and BLAH. Not impressed.)

Why would you not watch 3x16? (Keep in mind I am speaking from the depths of my limited knowledge, which so far only goes up to about 2x5. Heh.) I kind of hate Leoben, but maybe that will change. And the pilot pics do make me go 'awwww,' damn you. Maybe I should adjust my BSG tag. ;)

Plooooooot! YAY. Possibly we should make a bartag, if that isn't overloading the tag quota too much. I don't know the specifics of the rules on such things, but the pieces done so far are reeeeally scattered at the moment.

Apparently 3x16 was shit. I have the file, I just haven't bothered yet. Ahahah...I don't know if you'll ever like Leoben any more, I think he has to grab you straight away.

That's a good idea. I think I have MOST of the threads so far in my memories, so I might see if I can tag them 'silver city plot'.

*nods* I have some too, but even the way-way-back ones, like with Kassandra looking at her map, put roots on the thing if you think it's not too much. I will see what I can find once you've made a first pass through it all.

I've gone to downloading episodes rather than waiting for Netflix to get their act together and send them to me. It's the beginning of the end. And Leoben just creeped me out, though Gaius holds a strange sort of comic charm. I'm waiting for the Season 6 spinal regeneration, which will be awe-inspiring.

*CLINGS TO YOU AND CLINGS TO YOU TIGHT* Oh my god. I am so conflicted and I have been conflicted about this episode since I read spoilers. The conflict being that BSG IS PRETTY MUCH DEAD TO ME but this episode seems to be the BEST EPISODE EVER and then these promo pics came out and oh. I just can't DEAL!
