The Runaway Bride (finally)

Eh. It was entertaining, but I don't have a whole lot of commentary. Ten was as crazy as ever, knowing that it was Sarah Parish being the Empress of Rachnos made the whole thing hilarious, and DONNA IS MADE OF AWESOME. YAY DONNA.

...yeah, that's all. I was much more excited by the promo for S3, which has SHAKESPEARE IN IT OMG (if I was directing Doctor Who, there would have been a Shakespeare episode yonks ago. possibly three or four Shakespeare episodes.) and I am very pleased by the fact that Martha is a medical student.

Of more immediate importance, I finally have Larklight icons.

*displays with great joy*

I have yet to do a thorough rewatching, but I think my single favorite moment of Runaway Bride might be the pockets. I watched it on a train, and that was one of the parts where I had to literally clap my hands over my mouth to keep from squealing with Ten!love.

...Well, that or him saying Gallifrey's name, which is Ten!love for different reasons because he's all Oncoming Storm when he does it.

And Martha looks cool.

POCKETS. I loved the first bit of setup there, too, with Donna yelling her head off in the middle of the street.

I have high hopes for Martha. Especially because one can scream "MARTHAAAAA!" with even more urgency than one can scream "ROOOSE!" and you know Ten is big on screaming. See how much fun he had with "DONNAAAAAA!"

OMG I cannot WAIT to see the Shakespeare episodes. When I saw that bit on the end of Xmas, I literally squealed.

Shakespeare/Doctor Who = OTP :D
