Oh, bloody hell.

I was trying to rest my arm and not write but, you know, there is only so much useful study one can do before one needs to start writing.

How I'm going to get through three hours of frantic long-answer questions tomorrow and then do it all again on Monday, I have NO IDEA.

Wrist problems, if chronic: get this book (http://www.amazon.com/Conquering-Carpal-Tunnel-Syndrome-Repetitive/dp/1572240393). I had severe tendinitis and a fairly nasty case of carpal tunnel, and used the weird micro-stretch exercises to get them down to a manageably low level permanently.
