vicarious spending spree, anyone?

Thanks to my careful budgeting of my disposable income for the past couple of months, I find myself with roughly $150 that I can actually spend on myself without feeling guilty. WOW.

I'm going to go for a walk and then do some more cell physiology study. In my absence, you lot can spend my money for me.

[Poll #799917]

I considered buying extra icon slots and then told myself sternly that 39 really should be enough for any sane person.

ETA: :O! PEN. That was totally unnecessary and very nice of you. I have not forgotten that you wanted Stealth fic. I will finish my bioelectricity notes and then write you something, unless you'd like another fandom. Either way: prompt?

Voting Amazon wishlist! Two reasons - firstly, if you've put all the effort into budgeting and working hard resulting in extra cash, then it's a reward and should be spent as such!

Secondly, I also have a vast Amazon wishlist, so I know how it feels. -_-;

Besides, imagine getting the package in the mail! *sparkle sparkle*

...alternatively, hold onto it until Lifeline Book Fair rolls around. :)

When IS the next Lifeline Book Fair, actually?

September 22nd - 24th. :D

*has marked it on her wall planner*

Op-shops

Buy some cute skirts for spring, and twirl them when you swing.

I was thinking I needed some more long skirts! I only have two or so.

&hearts

That is unneccesary - the only reason it wasn't anonymous is because I disapprove of anonymous anything on principle, you don't have to give me anything.

I agree on the long skirts - I had to clear out a whole bunch today, because with all the cardio I've been doing my thighs have muscle and the skirts just don't fit the same. :o(

TODAY IS BEAUTIFUL OH HELLO SPRING YOU ARE SO CLOSE.

Weeeeell, I kind of owe you a birthday fic from forever ago. And it makes me happy to reciprocate.

I KNOW. SUNSHINE! This must be the nicest August we've ever had, down here in Canberra.

[identity profile] bantha-fodder.livejournal.com 2006-08-20 08:23 am (UTC)(link)
Well, you should write that birthday fic for me, then! Stealth is just fine and dandy, and I want to read about Ben and Kara in the indeterminate future. HAHA THAT'S A TERRIBLE PROMPT. It's a fabulous (almost) spring day for them, too.

We went for a walk along the foreshore. It was FAB.

Psst....

If you're okay with .avis, I can send you Veronica S1 and/or Scrubs S4. ;)

If we're talking CDs-in-mail send, I will, um, polish your boots with my adoration :D My ability to download episode-size files is severely limited.

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/wisteria_/ 2006-08-20 07:17 am (UTC)(link)
Hee! I have a binder full of .avis -- I'm rather addicted to downloading. So, if your computer can read DVD-R, then I can burn those files onto a few data discs and pop them in the mail. Do you also want S5 of Scrubs?

That would be awesome, thank you. And yes, my computer reads DVD-R.
