lacking in fireworks

I am in a bulletproof good mood right now because my grades for last semester are up and I somehow managed to pull a Distinction out of my ass for Ecology of Health & Disease, despite that disaster of an essay, so my GPA is NOT DOOMED and my academic paranoia is assuaged.

We met hobviously in SF yesterday, we went to the Asian Art Museum and Japantown and the Ferry Centre, and Tris is a lovely and interesting person who has no sense of balance. SF is vastly preferable to LA.

Before Caleb left he put a whole lot of TV shows onto my external hard drive, so including DVDs which I have bought here, I now have:

- Queer as Folk S1, S2 & S3
- Supernatural S1
- Grey's Anatomy S2
- Big Love S1
- Veronica Mars S2

OH THE JOY. All I am missing is Doctor Who, but I doubt I will be feeling the loss for a very. long. time. (I also don't have VMars S1, but I'm sure I can buy it. Eventually. Once my bank accounts have recovered from this trip.)

I made a valiant attempt to catch up on my flist and then gave up. So. GOOD MORNING, LIVEJOURNAL. HOW ARE WE ALL? WHAT HAVE WE BEEN UP TO?

The bad thing about watching Grey's is the sweeping aerial night-time shots that are all SEATTLE SEATTLE SEATTLE and I'm all WAH SEATTLE but Seattle and I are Not To Be this time around. Alas.

I had Taco Bell for the first time yesterday. Australia needs Taco Bell. Lack of proximity to Mexico is no excuse.

But Taco Bell! MMMM. And yes, lack of proximity to Mexico is no excuse, since Taco Bell has very little to do with actual Mexican food. Hee. But it is delicious, isn't it? Did you go to In-N-Out Burger while you were in southern California? I crave that pretty much constantly.

I have been told that is is very good, yes :D I am sure I will make it to one before we leave for the east coast.
