*In a manner of speaking. There's lots of stuff at the new apartment but there's also lots of stuff still to be packed up and hauled over.

I haven't been online much, and I doubt I will be for a while. I haven't got the best grasp on my life at the moment and you probably know what that means for my comfort levels, so I'm trying to put some gaps between different things. Trying to sort out all the RL crap I keep volunteering for.
For example: today Q and I are going to buy a ton of furniture and then move a couple more carloads of gear. Then I'm meeting![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
izumihydra so that we can spend the afternoon bashing out a social psych survey for our advanced summer research project. Then we have a choir committee meeting.
So I'm sorry for not being around and sociable and holidayish like I promised, but I'm gritting my teeth and fighting this out with minimum distractions. And you lot are wonderful in a highly distracting way :)
*casts about for relevant news* Um. I wrote BSG fic. It was only a matter of time. Expect more.
May I just add. That there are small children in the house. Tiny housemate-cousins. They wake up at 6am and MAKE NOISE. See aforementioned 'exhausted'. And then they just KEEP MAKING NOISE. Housemate is proud and clucky and I am attempting to politely swallow my infanticidal urges.
So far, so good.

Miss you. But! Hooray for new house! Am looking at going through the same process myself... it SUCKS but will hopefully be worth it in the end.
Must run to work but I wanted to let you know I sent something to that address you gave me (your parents', I think?). Or had something sent, rather. It will probably have no identifying markings, but, um. Hopefully you will figure it out. ;)
