All should rejoice at the return of AOSHI! He only got a few minutes of screentime, but he was there! And as gorgeous as ever. (Yes I am plowing my way through Kenshin. Should be up to date soon, then just have to watch Samurai X and Nadesico and CB and Zim and Hellsing and Full Moon and Orphen... *dies*) I really like Misao. She's not as irritatingly superior as Megumi, not as prone to crying and soppy whispering as Kaoru, and is very funny. She would be HEAPS of fun to cosplay as! And of course she has IMPECCABLE taste in men ;-)
Did you know I sent MYSELF an email through Hotmail (it was through the Venturers mailing list) and the stupid filter BLOCKED IT? *snorts at stupidity of MSN*

Went through a period of short but sharp depression this arvo, brought on by I'm not quite sure what. Probably lots of things that are too silly and insignificant for anyone else to worry about and I'll get laughed off LJ for being oversensitive and annoying if I post them. Sorry, I'm starting to bitch again. I'm mostly over it now, hopefully...
Cathy, about the whole fanfic question - I was just asking coz I like reading stuff by my friends. I'm sure your stuff is good, anyone who has a written voice as lively and extroverted as yours is sure to be an engaging writer! But there IS a lot of crap out there, I tried reading some anime stuff once *shudders eloquently* Nope. If it's very good quality or by friends I'll read it if I have a brilliant plot idea or just feel creative I'll write it, but I prefer writing original fiction far more.
Might actually get some stuff watched this evening, it's mum's birthday so my parents are going out to tea. Hope everyone else is feeling happy - I wouldn't wish my present state of mind on anyone.

Example of my work. Sucks all mighty, and needs extensive knowledge of Inuyasha, but that's all I can provide for now. I will write a Final Fantasy one sooner or later. Beware of the major spelling mistake/grammatical errors - I wrote this all in a night and didn't bother to proof read it.
