tammaiya, because it's my favourite out of all the things she's written and it works in a dark, edgy, sublimely in-character way. Lots of smut but no sex; lots of tension but no violence, and the almost-almost atmosphere is what makes it great. She added bruises because I asked her to <3

Regarding exams/finals/any other cultural spin you wish to apply - less than a week until the first one, and starting studying so early is putting me off-kilter. I'm used to a week's worth of short evening bursts followed by a weekend of cramming. My mind wants to wander and wander and tell me it doesn't matter.

...which would be why I'm abandoning the books in favour of cleaning the showers for my mother and then spending the afternoon trying to purge myself of this bloody jittery tension by RPing. My shoulder muscles are rocks. I keep finding myself biting the tips of my fingers. The only stories that want to be written are the ones running with blood and mindfuckery and chrome and artful lower caps.
