I return! An adult and everything!

drealle and izumihydra for the paid time (I shall be running away to upload icons immediately) and to schiarire, who actually managed to pull off Les Mis femmeslash for me. Praise her.
You may or may not be glad to know that I did not get at all drunk on my 18th birthday, though I was bought one rather lovely cocktail. Midori is god. Or love. Perhaps I shall start a cult or make a colourbar. Drunkenness occurred on only one night, and I apparently I managed to appear very sober. (NB - this was because I sneakily lay on the couch and thus did not betray the complete lack of control I had over my motor functions.)
I shan't blab on about Mooloolaba for too long - suffice it to say that I watched far too much Firefly and OC, ate far too much food, spent far too much money and returned burdened with wonderful goods. And planned none of the Xmas fics that I was going to have all planned and ready to type out. Oh bugger.
A while back I mentioned my fantasy mail-order book club; I've just got the catalogue, and there's some things people might be interested in. All you'd have to do is give me the money.
Anna - they have the entire trilogy that begins with Kushiel's Dart, and I could get it for you for $40. Even if you already own the first book, you could sell it to a second-hand store, they'd pay well for a brand-new copy - and this is really good value for three books. Would you like me to order it for you?
Mel - there's a book called The Crystal Zodiac by the same person who wrote your Crystal Bible - it's an indepth study of birthstones and crystal properties relating to zodiacal signs. Would you be interested in this? I'd like to get it as your birthday present, if that's all right.
Lastly; happy birthday to the wonderfultammaiya! Now we just have to plan that drunken-drabbles party!
