I think I may be, subconsciously, one of those people who has to be busy. Because my holiday is filling up with commitments and events like nobody's business, I just agreed to work a five hour shift on Friday morning, and it seems every spare minute I'm rushing off to the shops and spending too much money.
Speaking of which - finally located The Tea Centre in Civic. I am in love. Asked about apple tea, but there is nowhere in Australia that makes proper apple tea, and Australia has strict laws against importing apple products (?!) so - upshot - no apple tea for me ever. *mopes*

izumihydra took pity on my pathetic state and dragged me away to a nice sensible comic shop. Which had Lucifer 6. Which I could not afford. Woe.
I did, however, procure a nice denim skirt and some silver ribbon for my formal hairstyle and half ofvillainny's birthday present :D
And now I'm sitting here happily sipping caramel rooibos, which I dragged out of the back of the tea cupboard.
School friends! Anyone who has not RSVPed for my 18th and knows whether or not they can come, could you please comment on the friendslocked entry I did a few days ago? I am not psychic, sadly! I cannot tell from your vague silences that I should just assume you are coming! So far I have yeses for Tink, Ashie, Shivs, and Mari & Yuka. Everyone else - please check and comment. Thank you.
Ooh, I almost forgot -dredpiratejenny! I ducked into the city public library on a whim today, it being right next to my bus platform and me having a few minutes to spare...
