Managed to cut down to only 1,088 words by removing the paragraph on headlining. Witty title inserted ("The Game's Afoot: War Propaganda 101") and irrelevant sections hopefully reduced somewhat.

My driving school cancelled my driving lesson without telling me, thnxheapsguys.

I now should probably go and attack my piles of maths homework, but I'm halfway through Wee Free Men and madly coveting my own army of angry blue pictsies.
