Oh dear. Pain. But pretty and gothic and highly amusing pain. And David Wenham rocks my socks and Hugh Jackman looks sexy with long hair.

Siobhan? I need you to watch it so that you can write me Vladimir/Gabriel backstory fics. You'll understand when you see it.

Need the soundtrack. Dramatic choral music with flamenco guitar over the top. Lovely.

I have a maths test in two days that I really should be doing something about.

And David Wenham indeed rocks *everyones* socks off during that movie. He had this flippy hair do that was sorta monk-like but not really. Except that he's a friar and I'm told that there is a good deal of difference between the two. :D:D:D:D

I haven't seen it yet, but did you know that when David Wenham sent in his audition tape, he cut his hair and stooped and taped his ears back so that he looked ugly... and then the director rang Hugh Jackman to check if he knew David Wenham, and said "Have you heard of David Wenham, actor, ugly?"
And Hugh Jackman was all, "Well, yes, I've heard of David Wenham, but... ugly? He was voted the sexiest man in Australia..."

He stooped too much *pouts* He didn't look nearly sexy enough. Though I guess it was smart to not play up his looks when he was auditioning for the comic sidekick part.
