bounce, bounce, bounce

Oddly surreal day of ups and downs. Mostly downs, but I'm attempting to be fair.

Cross country, usually a down but this being the last time ever I ever have to do it, I decided to actually try. Bad idea. Got a reasonably good time but multiplied my headcold my about a million and went around the rest of the day with an exceedingly painful headache.

Bounce.

Talked about Shakespeare in English, which is a surefire way to cheer me up. I'm a Bard whore.

Bounce.

Yet another choir rehearsal of a song I don't know. Disadvatages of singing soprano; hitting high notes and attempting to hold them for three bars causes immediate worsening of a headache ;_;

Bounce.

Have spent majority of the afternoon listening to RotK soundtrack and reading Splashdance Silver on my bed, and Mum bought me sushi for tea.

Bounce.

Am now faced with both the unpleasant prospect of designing a chemistry prac to find the percentage of ammonia in a sample, and the much more pleasant one of writing happily for a while.

Right now I'm not sure whether to laugh or cry.

Anyone up for another mudfight as a procrastination technique?

Sorry, no literal mud fight here, as I'd have to tunnel straight through a few thousand miles of liquid lava and iron to sling mud at you.

Tepp might offer one to Chidder, but then he might end up embarrasing himself terribly and finishing off their story line somewhat prematurely...

*laughs*

No matter. We can sling mud over the 'Net.

*looks around office*

Can't offer actual mud at the moment. I've got a) an ornamental box of fine white sand, b) some soaked muesli, and c) the slimy goo from aloe vera leaves if I pluck the plant apart. It think a) and c) would make up some nice slinging material...

*mixes up fine white sand with aloe vera goo, and slings it at Frarsie*

*giggle*

*the snow is very wet, soggy and generally gooey. also, it's much to late in the year for it.*

*slings another watery lump of snow before it all finally thaws*

Dude, the LitMag teacher has a Shakespeare action figure.

With detachable quill and paper!

Madness!

Hopefully you will also find this cheering.

If not-mud!

It's so manly and active and muscular! Except for the part where it's not any of those things.
