Haha. Have solved the dilemma of the Magical Elusive And Increasing In Price X Manga. Turns out it IS still being published by a Singapore publishing house, and if I order it direct from them I don't have wait for it to be imported and then comb the Australian bookshops for it. AND it costs only S$8.50, which is the equivalent of about AU$6.50 per volume. GLEE. Hope the postage isn't too much. I do like this version of it, over Viz's fancy posh version, because it's basically the same as the original Japanese version, complete with the X Tarot Cards as insets.

Freya's Lesson For The Day: Hours of online research pays off.

Now someone just has to bring out Tokyo Babylon in an English version and somehow I have to acquire the X artbook, and my life will be complete ^^ Can't wait for Siren to release those parts of X with Seishirou in them, too. Sexy sexy voice saying "Subaru-kun" all over the place *melts*

*strangles Jesse* NO YOU CAN'T NARRATE THE BLOODY STORY. BECAUSE YOU'RE GOING TO *DIE*, THAT'S WHY. AND YES I WANT YOU TO NARRATE TOO BUT WE CAN'T JUST HAVE THE STORY END SUDDENLY WHEN YOU GET KILLED. NO, TASHA CANNOT TAKE OVER. BECAUSE HE'S MENTALLY UNSTABLE, YOU IDIOT.

*cries*

Ugughsjkfdsjkfs. Maybe if he and David share the frigging narration. Jesse wasn't even meant to be a main player, and now he's up and developed a personality. Gaa. This was actually meant to be a third person story, too. Maybe I'll just give up and revert to that idea.

Butbutbut I want Jesse to narrate his own death because that bit's important and you need to know what he's thinking...

This story hates me.

Uh, hi, I'm still lurking around.

I was just popping up to say that Tokyo Babylon is going to be released in English. I believe it's coming out in May (in the U.S.). I could try digging up a link if you're interested.

Really? That would be great.
'Course, being released in the US in May probably means that it won't get to Australia until November or something awful like that. *thunks head*

Here (http://tokyopop.com/dbpage.php?propertycode=TOL&categorycode=BMG) you go. The link goes to the Tokyopop site. Not incredibly informative, I'm afraid, but it's something.

And you have my sympathies about possibly getting the manga so late :( I've already been waiting since August.
