note to self: do not cut index fingernails
It's a bitch trying to type now >.< I keep missing keys because I'm used to having a nail to press down for me.
Christmas fic is progressing nicely. Actually, I'm dragging it along by the throat, but who's counting? Am amusing myself by being cryptic about it on MSN and writing conversations between myself and random characters to keep me from going insane.
Got report today. My top mark was English, 99 O_o
Everything else went down by varying amounts from last semester. Escpecially maths. Especially Mr Joyce's maths. Don't know why I pour my blood and sweat into it, really. Oh yeah - because I'm GOOD AT IT *simmers*
Have now had curried lentils for three main meals in a row. Not that I am averse to curried lentils as per se, they being one of the few exotic dishes I can throw together, but it is a little odd.
Introduced one newbie and one otaku to Yami no Matsuei today. I seem to have picked up a habit of just shoving it in the DVD player whenever someone comes over and forcing them to watch it. Soon it won't matter that the middle DVD doesn't have english subtitles, because I'll be able to recite those episodes by heart.
Obsession: waxing.
[Um. As in, the opposite of waning, yes? Just realised how odd that sounded...]
