IMHO. Love and relationships are hugely different. A relationship is oftentimes based on either friendship or physical chemistry. Love usually doesn't blossom into a relationship until a lot later. Oh, a relationship can spawn into love, don't get me wrong, but--

...I have no idea where I'm going with this. My opinions on love and relationships are probably way too complex for me to try and explain them this early in the morning (shut up, 11:15 on a sunday IS too early).
