five days off
This being the wonder of my term in the Emergency Department: eight ten-hour shifts per fortnight means a lot more days off, and I happen to have five of them in a row now \o/
Like Bridget Jones, I am using this time to go on a ~mini-break in the country~
Unlike Bridget Jones, my companion in this endeavour is not some handsome cad from the office, but rather: my mother.
There will be massages! Wineries! High tea! Leisurely walks! Reading books! And hopefully some serious work on my Natasha Romanoff fic, which is over 8000 words and looking like it will end up somewhere between twice and three times that long.
